Areas of Research
My research focuses on psychosocial and social determinants of mental and physical health among Latino and LGBTQ+ populations. I am interested in developing culturally adapted intervention/prevention efforts in reducing health disparities most prominent in these populations, such as cardiometabolic conditions and HIV.
