Bio

Lakshmi’s research broadly focuses on exploring the structural and cultural factors affecting mental health, suicide risk, and access to healthcare in minoritized youth populations. She is further interested in how community-based research can increase access to evidence-based interventions, prevent suicide, and promote mental well-being.
