Mild Traumatic Brain injury (mTBI), Investigating both Protective and Risk factors for Outcomes Following Injury

Bio

Erin is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at SDSU/UCSD Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology, with a focus in neuropsychology. Erin’s research utilizes the Veterans Health Administration’s TBI Screening and Evaluation Program and Million Veteran Program to further understand long-term clinical and functional repercussions of mTBI. The findings of this research have the potential to inform targeted interventions and strategies for improving patient outcomes, minimizing the long-term impact of TBI, and enhancing the overall well-being of this vulnerable patient population.
