Bio

I strive to be a trauma and DBT informed, culturally and gender responsive provider that helps patients and their families reach strength-based goals and work towards building their life worth living. I have experience delivering CBT, DBT, FBT, and mindfulness based interventions to children, adolescents, and families across various levels of care (outpatient, IOP, PHP, inpatient).
