Bio
My research explores how behavioral, cognitive, and psychological factors shape the experiences of people aging with HIV, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ communities.
I began my research career in dementia care, examining clinical decision-making around antipsychotic prescribing for older adults in long-term care. Since then, I’ve led and supported projects focused on behavioral health interventions in HIV care and efforts to advance health equity for sexual and gender minority populations.
As a trainee with the HIV Neurobehavioral Research Program, I’m building on this foundation by examining how aging, mental health, and cognitive function intersect in the context of HIV.
