Out of 825 nominees in the U.S. and Canada, Emma Parrish, a doctoral candidate in the SDSU / UC San Diego Joint Doctoral Program in Clinical Psychology, is one out of 110 doctoral students to be awarded a $20,000 Scholar Award from the P.E.O. Sisterhood.
