The two recipients of 2021-2022 P.E.O. Scholar Awards, who were nominated by P.E.O. International’s local chapter in Rancho Santa Fe, are both from our clinical psychology JDP – Anny Reyes and Zanjbeel Mahmood. These are $20,000 unrestricted merit-based awards given to doctoral students with outstanding promise and achievements.
In addition to receiving the P.E.O. Scholar Award, Zanjbeel Mahmood was also named the Presidential Scholar for 2021-2022!
Both recipients were featured in the Rancho Santa Fe REVEIW newsletter (see featured article below) as well as the P.E.O. Recorder (September/October 2021 issue, page 24).
