More than 450 graduate and undergraduate students across 80 majors and disciplines showcased their original research, scholarship projects or creative activities as part of the San Diego State University Student Research Symposium.
The sixth annual event took place March 8-9 2013 in the Love Library. Scholarships and awards given at the symposium help to promote and support student research at SDSU.
The 2013 Student Research Symposium featured novel SDSU faculty and student findings across various disciplines.
Please join us in celebrating the many students in our department who earned research awards at the 2013 meeting of the Student Research Symposium! A wonderful mix of undergraduate and graduate students and their mentors completed high-quality research this year that culminated in the award-winning presentations below. We made an impressive showing and could not have done so without the talented students, dedicated mentors, and organizational team headed by our own Dr. Ulloa who, together, made SRS 2013 a shining success!
