Sean Foley, is a graduate of our department’s MS program. While here, he was mentored by Dr. Lisa Kath. His thesis titled “New Employee Orientation: The Benefits of Role Information”  was recently added to the list of one of the most downloaded titles of any thesis or dissertation written by a San Diego State University graduate student.  This is the SDSU Library’s equivalent of a ‘Best Sellers’ list. When I contacted Sean he told me, “I am excited and honored that my thesis is one if the most accessed but also surprised.I had no idea employee orientation was something so many people were interested in!”  Congratulations Sean!
