Dr. Ed Riley, SDSU professor of psychology and director of the Center for Behavioral Teratology at San Diego State University was a featured speaker at the congressional briefing that was organized by the American Psychological Association (APA) on behalf of the Friends of the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (FNIAAA). Dr. Ed Riley discussed his research that aims to develop a method of diagnosing Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) in children with higher reliability.
