Zoe Xia is a second year psychology MA student at San Diego State University, working under the mentorship of Dr. Eileen Moore. Their overall research interests are on how prenatal alcohol exposure impacts the neurodevelopmental trajectory of children, through a health disparity lens. Their master thesis focuses on the structural neural correlates of response inhibition in children and adolescents with prenatal alcohol exposure. They were awarded with a Master’s Research Scholarship for the academic year 2020-2021.
