Congratulations to Alin Alshaheri Durazo – Outstanding Psychology Graduating Student

Please join us in congratulating Alin Alshaheri Durazo, the award recipient for Outstanding Graduating Senior in Psychology for 2024. Alin is a Psychology major with an emphasis in Neuroscience and is a National Institute on Aging Advancing Diversity in Aging Research Program Scholar.  Since 2021, she has worked in the Traumatic Brain Injury Lab with Lisa Delano-Wood and the Neuropsychology of Vascular Aging and Alzheimer’s Lab with Kelsey Thomas at UCSD, completed an extramural summer research program at Purdue University, and has been involved in multiple conference presentations and publications. In addition to her numerous academic achievements, Alin has also been devoted to service to the university and in the community.

Dr. Terry Cronan is her most influential faculty member.
