Dr. Sadler is a Professor at SDSU. She completed her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from CU Boulder and her undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Her research interests include category differentiation and inter-group evaluative bias, the formation of stereotyping and prejudice in groups and the implications for information processing.

Applications are now open to apply for the Spring 2025 incoming PSY 491 training class! Peer advisors help students with class scheduling, major and minor advising, and assist with career planning by offering relevant experiences for their specific career interests. This position also allows advisors to make connections in the department, with other students, and serves as a good relevant experience opportunity for students interested in many different fields in Psychology, ranging from student affairs to counseling.

Peer advising is a 2-semester commitment. Students can earn up to 6 units of PSY 491 credit in exchange for advising experience.
