The department of psychology is excited to introduce Dr. Wiston Rodriguez.
Dr. Wiston Rodriguez is an industrial-organizational psychologist. He received his Ph.D. in psychology from The Graduate Center & Baruch College (City University of New York). His research has received funding from The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) and has appeared in peer-reviewed journals such as Personality and Individual Differences, Organizational Psychology Review, and Stress and Health.
Dr. Rodriguez has also worked with global and Fortune 500 organizations in the areas of talent management, learning and development, assessment, and applied consulting.
