After winning the President’s Award at the San Diego State Student Research Symposium (SRS), Brandonn Zamudio wins again! He went on to compete at the All-State California State University (CSU) Student Research Competition where he won first place in the Undergraduate Behavioral and Social Sciences division for his research on “Effects of Late Gestational Cannabinoid Exposure on Behavioral Development in Rats.” As a first place winner he will receive $500. Brandonn was mentored by Dr. Jennifer Thomas while he was at SDSU. He plans to pursue medical school in the coming year. Congratulations to Brandonn and his mentor!
